Judy's Treatment duration is approximately 75 minutes. Judy begins with a full consultation, discussing the purpose of your visit and your medical history. Young Living therapeutic grade essential oils are used to enhance the power of the healing process and the treatment itself is very gentle and non-physical (Depending on your preference). Therapy with Judy involves holding her hands over or on the energy points of your body. Judy is guided intuitively to the areas that require more cleansing, healing and balancing.

The Bowen Technique is a series of soft tissue moves designed to allow the body to reset and heal itself.Using thumbs and fingers, the practitioner makes light rolling-type moves over specific muscles, tendons and ligaments, which promotes the healthy function of body systems. It is gentle, non-manipulative and can be performed over light clothing. The Bowen Technique addresses the whole person, allowing the body to re-balance itself and commence the healing process.
